Sergej Petković Santos Carvalho is director of operations at Orion Telecom, with over ten years of experience in telecommunications. Mr. Santos Carvalho is responsible for continuous improvement of work within the Orion Telecom group, which includes the improvement of business processes, risk management, information security and service delivery.

Since 2016, he is responsible for the planning, design and development of New Defense, Orion's Cyber ​​Security Unit. He collaborates with security operational centers in Europe in order to improve cyber defense and develop a modern operational center in the region.

Mr. Santos Carvalho was President of EuroCloud Serbia from 2015 to 2017. She is a member of EuroCloud Europe, a Pan-European Innovation Center in Cloud, a fully independent network for knowledge sharing between clients and cloud services providers, start-up companies and research centers.
